A straightforward discussion on transcendental faith distinguished from superstitious religiosity and reality-dissociation. On one hand, for faith to be a truly spiritual power there is a necessity of prioritizing our identification with the spiritual world (siddha-lalasa). Otherwise we do not grow up toward the divine plane but rather constrain devotion to the low limits of mere religion or ‘practice’ – a tragically popular domestication of Divinity.
On the other hand, if we are not dealing courageously with the totality of our human experience, then afterlife aspiration may be a neurotic coping mechanism and thus an expression of fear rather than devotion – another accidental exploitation of the Holy. In between these two errors is a narrow passage to Life.
Let’s talk about that!
